Rebecca Bennett’s journey with food allergies isn’t just professional, it’s deeply personal.

Having navigated allergies her entire life, everything changed when her son was born with the same challenges. In that moment, her mission became clear: to create a world where families could enjoy delicious treats, celebrate freely, and share everyday moments, without fear.

“I have such fond memories of baking as a child, and I wanted my children to have that too. It wasn’t easy with my youngest son, there were plenty of failures, but he loved being part of it.”

What followed was years of relentless trial and error, refining recipes, sourcing high-quality organic ingredients, and never compromising on safety.

Because this was never just about baking.
